Audio Neurofeedback System

Implemented in e.g. headphones the Audio Neurofeedback System can measure the alpha waves of the brain and provide feedback to reach the preferred state to deliver optimal performance. Alpha waves are an indication of stress, learning speed and sleep quality. The higher the level the more relaxed a person is. By providing feedback by music a relaxing state can be achieved.

Andrea Lenders claims that the Philips Audio Neurofeedback system assisted in getting her Olympic place for London 2012
